Crear Ejercicio

POST /exercises

Endpoint generico de creacion. Valida el content para el type dado y devuelve una version saneada (segura para mostrar al usuario final). El motor no persiste el ejercicio — ver ADR 0001.

Tipos soportados hoy: drag_and_drop, match, word_search, crossword, listening_multiple_choice. Los demas tipos no tienen paso de creacion — se evaluan directamente con answer + correctAnswer.
